Barakooda hails from Israel, and being a regular on Sorcery Records with his mind twisting music, Wish ticked the right boxes with us and we just had to release it. As we said above, Wish is not just about being thumping and hitting the clubbers with fast beats - its a really fine piece of trance which bridges the gaps between those peak time moments that let you be creative as a DJ and progressively bring in the more energetic trance tunes in your CD wallets. We have also catered for the more refined soundscape, and usually one producer to nail a 138bpm monster from his coffers, Araya steps up and shows what a diverse and creative talent he is. He strips back Barakooda's soft trancer and turns it into an even more fluffy affair, with his signature bassline as a conduit that will make the more progressive ravers out there swamp to the dance floor. A clever, yet simple remix which is bursting at the seams with professionalism.
